Error: An invalid token was provided. You have maybe added client secret instead of BOT token. Please set BOT token

I copy a token from Discord Dev Portal, but it gives me an error. Please help me!

I fixed the error with the token, but now I am told that I have not configured the IP and Port, BUT THEY ARE WRITTEN
