Really awesome work on the models, and thanks very much for posting it online!
(Sorry I just realised that I initially posted this on your pylinsolve page.)
Out of curiosity, are you still working with SFC? I tried to run your chapter 11 on the Jupyter 5.0.0 platform and unfortunately got a type error on one of the variables.
Do you have any particular packages that I need to install to be able to run it?
I'm running the anaconda distribution v1.6.9 which as far as I can tell includes the pysolve module. just a disclaimer, I'm pretty new to python so I might just be making a stupid mistake in running your code.
It's a closed group, but I think there are a lot of people out there that would really appreciate these models and the work you've done on them. So I'd really like to invite you to join it.

Just to let you know also, there is a pretty sizeable SFC community on a Facebook group - at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/864213403637227/
