Support proxy #2

AWS SDK requires explicit settings for proxy. http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSJavaScriptSDK/guide/node-configuring.html#Configuring_a_Proxy

I tried proxy-agent. If there is no problem, could you merge this?
