Orocos hangs when resetting controller #195

If a controller is loaded and then the reset button is pressed, Orocos will 
hang permanently, the GUI will stop receiving data, and robot nettop will not 
respond to reboot command.

This may be worked around by hitting "stop", then switching away from the 
controller tab and back to the controller tab.

Fixing this will either require debugging the Controller Manager (ouch!) or 
incorporating some more New Event System elements. I'd prefer to do the latter 
-- I'll work on it when I get around to it.
