openHAB stops writing to RRDs #338

Sometimes openHAB stops writing to the RRD data store. Probably this happens 
after a restart and all rrd files are affected. (The last modification time of 
these files is just before the restart.)

The rrd4j.persist is loaded without errors. And after an additional restart the 
problem was fixed several times, without removing the rrd data files.

I notice this as well. If I 'touch' the rrd4j.persist configuration file it 
kicks logging back into life. This is an easier fix/work-around than restarting.

Pretty sure this has been resolved - I am definitely not seeing this anymore 
(for a while now).

Ok, thanks for the update - that's good news (as I couldn't reproduce it and 
still had it on my list to further analyze...)
As I cannot reference a changeset that includes the fix, I set this issue to 
rejected.
Feel free to reopen if you come across the problem again.
