Richtext sitemap widget #368

1. Feature Description

In order to be able to create more sophisticated user interfaces a Richtext 
sitemap widget would be nice so it is possible to assign HTML directly to a 
widget.
This way it would be possible to create views for native clients which might 
look like shown in the attached screenshot (works so far in the classic ui).

To generalize this request, I think we would have to introduce a new extension 
mechanisms for additional widget types that could do individual layouts based 
on HTML5; UIs (web-based as native ones) would have to be able to include this 
information smoothly (i.e. by using their own CSS styles etc.)
