openhab designer 1.2 freezes after some minutes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On Windows 7 64Bit with IE10 and Windows 8.1 64 Bit with IE11 Designer 
freezes after some minutes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Designer loads successfully but then stops working forever.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.0

Please provide any additional information below.
It seems to be worse in combination with using the preview browser but this is 
not prooven.

Does this problem still exist in 1.3 or even 1.4?
