Integrate with RClone #13

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. At the moment is no possible to easily sync the files.

Describe the solution you'd like Integrate the RunUp with RClone so you can sync the files usinf all the methods that RClone has already implemented.

Consider changing hashes integrity algorithms to MD5 and SHA-1 to make use of the same as RClone
