Feature request: desktop entry reloading (automatic or manual)

When using wldash in daemon mode, it can be a bit annoying to have to restart it after installing a new program. A simple way to deal with this might be a keybinding to check the filesystem again. Thoughts on this?

A config flag that sets whether demonized wldash loads the desktop file list when opening its surface could be added.
