File apropos/apropos.asd can't be loaded because it tries to find cells and it is missing. #3

Probably, it should use ASDF's keyword :build-depends-on (cells)?

Because of this issue and bundled cl-json, I've to exclude both directories from the project, added to Ultralisp.org: https://ultralisp.org/projects/kennytilton/qooxlisp
