Hello there, with telegram desktop 2.10 there's the option to export a single chat history, which I reckon could be really useful to automate with a cron job or something. Is there support for it in this CLI version too? Any plan to integrate it?

Came here to create an issue for exactly that. +1 on this feature request. You're asking for single chat export. Is chat export possible on telegram-cli at all?

Closest I have ever seen with CLI is an old tool called ruby-telegram-dump. You start telegram-cli in a specific mode with json output and call the ruby script as a hook-in that parses the targets
