Remove the doc folder #23

We're moving documentation to the GitHub wiki, we should make sure it has everything from the doc folder and then remove that folder.

Doc's files (tick when moved to wiki is confirmed):

Hi Gabriel,

I just added two pages for the issues and intro text to the wiki. Everything from Creating Sketches and Installation was already there. We can proceed and delete the doc folder.

Looks good. @devinmcgloin, for the sake of keeping the documentation available to those that don't have access to this GitHub (yet), can you link to the tool that you used to export the wiki?

I used pandoc to generate HTML from the Markdown source. As this is a temporary issue I'll just leave this here instead of adding it to the wiki or readme. (Unless you think that would be useful)

You can run pandoc with the standard settings. pandoc your-markdown-file.md would send the HTML to stdout.
