Revert use of poster. Return to loading metadata for videos #104

This works fine when max toots per page is around 25, as long as the viewer has a decent connection.

Nope it isn't! But given the media issue it seems to be about the most realistic.

(Note that page 1 gets less than 25 for some reason -- you have to browse to an "Earlier" page to get the full media effect.)
