Mupen64plus errors and warnings in EmulationStation

Describe your system:
 - Windows 7 Sp1
 - 32-bit
 - Mupen64Plus 2.0.0
 - Bundled plugins

Mupen64plus runs quite well when I simply launch it from windows CMD. But when 
I set EmulationStation to launch a game I get a lot of warnings and an error 
from ES's console which leads me to force closing ES. I've pasted the error at 
the end. Any idea why it's not loading?

Please contact emulationstation support because they don't seem to provide anny 
plugins. This can be seen because all plugins show up as "<dummy>"

Have you contacted them? Have you told them that no plugins are provided to 
mupen64plus?

This plugin either happens when relative plugin paths are given in the config 
of mupen64plus for plugins and then the CWD (current working directory) is set 
to something else then the expected path (most likely the path of the 
mupen64plus.exe) or when an invalid path is set for the plugins.
