Consider RootTools for modularizing access to su #1

My current way of calling su using exec() on the main thread is clunky.  
Investigate whether RootTools would be appropriate.

Su is now called on an AsyncTask, which no longer clunky.

Investigating other benefits of RootTools moved to Low Priority.
