improv: Drag image from one position to another #1

When having accidentally dropped an image at a certain location, it would be helpful if it could be re-positioned by dragging/dropping it again.

It looks like all content is undraggable. A quick search on the CKEditor repository shows that they use dragend to make text and images draggable. I'll look into it.
