SWC is zipped and when upzipping on a mac you get a folder not the swc #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download pngencoder.swc.zip on a Mac
2. double click
3. you get a folder with a swf inside.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a swc

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac

If you use Stuffit to unzip the file, you will get the swc file.
