Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes the auto-assigned user is not available (Vacation, sick, in training, at a conference, etc...)

Describe the solution you'd like A way to trigger auto-assign to choose a new, randomly selected reviewer.

Describe alternatives you've considered You could use github suggestions, but that doesn't help you avoid the problem of knowledge siloing.
