fix: default branch #42

The code generated expects a main branch to exist, but it still creates a master branch and generates documentation for a branch named master. This makes the generated package consistently use main.

Caveats

git 2.28.0 (released July 26, 2020) is now required, but some users may be using an older version of git bundled with their operating system or editor environment
The generator-kcd-oss package itself still uses a master branch
