appspot.com虽然不可以访问了， 
但我的GAppProxy依然可以用的，也没有修改任何设置。。。
求解。。。

修改Hosts文件，把任何一个443端口可用的Google 
IP指向你的gappproxy，然后去使用加密的Gappproxy。
