localproxy-2.0.0-win运行时显示应用程序配置不正确，应用程序未能启动

proxy.conf我已经修改全文如下：

不知道是不是缺少该应用程序运行的某些dll文件，如果是，��
�么需要哪些dll文件？大家帮帮忙啊，就差这个弄不好了！

同问。我的是蕃茄家园的XP SP2系统。
但用WIN7在同一目录下运行就正常。
怀疑跟系统有关，只是不知道具体哪里出错。

楼上别误导人,只需要msvcr90.dll
其实装个python啥都解决了
