Fetchserver显示运行正常，代理配置正确，无法打开网页

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 我是联通宽带
2. 之前能正常使用，但偶尔抽风
3. 
目前完全不能使用，Chrome显示未收到数据，服务器未发送任��
�数据，因此无法载入该网页。错误 324 
(net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE)：服务器已断开连接，且未发送任何数据 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1和2.0用了都是这个现象，用的是64位win7旗舰版

我也碰到这种情况，主要是在访问Google网站上的一些页面会��
�样，解决方法就是在前面加https://可以解决一部分，有些页��
�还是不管用
