Remove use-vrtr-if-index #44

Removing use-vrtr-if-index recommendation based on our recent Timetra MIB updates since this now breaks things.

@grrrrreg Can you review when you get a chance? We should not be recommending this command and we have had a couple customers add this recently based on our recommendation in this repo.

JRyburn removed the use-vrtr-if-index line in the config snippets for Nokia routers as it has already create problems in the past.
