Creates a profile for APC Automated Transfer Switches (tested on AP7752, which doesn't support some of the features in the MIB).

@PortableProgrammer - is it possible to get a full walk from this device? (sanitized from any PII or sensitive data)

The provided walk only shows the MIB from APC, I'm looking for any and all supported OIDs the device may respond to. Thanks!
