Really useful plugins: tables and images #23

May I suggest the following plugins for the next build:

Tables: https://www.npmjs.com/package/ep_tables2

Images (copied from clipboard) https://github.com/JohnMcLear/ep_copy_paste_images

These would make etherpad on Sandstorm even more useful as a general collaborative scratchpad.
