@fseminario I’ve noticed this also. Towards the end of this thread, there is another developer who reports experiencing this exact behavior. What platform are you using?

Mac OS X 10.10.2 Atom 0.157

I finally figured out the issue by checking how the core tree-view package creates their dialogs. It seems to just be the result of one of Atom’s API changes pre-1.0.
