Missing slick.scss in slick folder, after install #4276

Used to have the slick.scss file present after install. Is also referenced in the docs. But it's not present anymore.

What is the expected behaviour?

There should be a slick.scss present, no?

What is observed behaviour?

The slick.scss file is not there.
