What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. (unknown) selection of some the options for the dock
2. restart dock

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a) to retain all my previous "extras" (system-defined, such as all the various
stacks; and user-
defined items "pinned" to the dock).
b) tinkertool to be able to restore at the stacks after secretprefs removed
them!
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the latest (but the pane doesnt actually have any version number! / about info!)
Please provide any additional information below.
a) the in-line help/explnantion for each setting needs to be VASTLY improved /
completed /
expanded!
b) a proper "default" button needs to be added (the revert command only works
with unsaved
changes)
c) a proper log needs to be created.
d) profiles need to be created which store different combinations in
configuration files (plist)
