only ddl file #10

I downloaded this on nexus but only the ddl file downloaded. I put this in my mods folder but it didnt do anything exept add a profile in my mod browser thing on the bottom right of the main screen. is there a step im missing? if so please explain it thougholy and/or put it in a read me file
