VSFilter64 DllRegisterServer failed #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a command line window in win7
2. regsvr32 VSFilterMod64.dll

The dialog window popup and say it's loaded but fail to do DllRegisterServer. 
I'm using the latest one on your download link

you need to run the command prompt as administrator or you will get the failure 
dialog
