Re-generate constants from the wx3.2 doxygen output.
Hide constants in the doc because they are bloated (too many constants) and have almost no info.
Set wxFoo and Foo alias to FooIsOwned binding template for easy search.

By specifying default members in workspace, sample executables are not built anymore in CI.

Reconsider default members or remove specification and specify packages on doc generation.

I think the latter is desirable.
