formatValue() can't handle full date-time-strings #18

Try to add an axis with date time strings, which should be reformatted as date 
or time labels.

This will generate the notice: A non well formed numeric value encountered on 
line 4712.

Only UNIX-timestamps are accepted, no full datetimestrings.
