What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the Citations gadget.
2. Type my name inside AUTHOR : Tolga Soyata
3. Cited publications = 7 . correct. However, Citations = 262 is double what it
is supposed to be (131 is correct). H index says UNDEFINED
4. CLick "View publications" to see my real H index. Click my name,
Tolga Soyata. My H index (6) and citations (131) are correct there.
5. Also, I should have one citation for the "COMBAT" paper, which is not shown.
It is one of the "5 versions" of the paper. But, not shown.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On the main search, H index says UNDEFINED.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IE9.0.8112. Windows 7 Pro x64
H index calculator v.1.211
Please provide any additional information below.
The most puzzling issue is why the "COMBAT" paper I have (towards
the end), took almost a year to index ? Even as of today, the citation
for it is not showing up
