It appears that the gadget is not working for authors... I have tried the author "Y. Patt" and found no results. #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter the Author "Y. Patt" (and also Yale Patt, "yale n. patt", etc.)
2. Press Submit
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expeted a good h-index (I am not Yale Patt), but got zero citations...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
