Completed for finding variants at N positions. I'm also thinking about how to implement this for other ambiguous bases (K, Y, M etc). I'll think about this, but if you have any ideas it would be good to hear.

I think N for now is ok, we can keep brainstorming about the others but not a main priority. thanks!
