Add heading level indent feature #727

Hi,

Problem

As mentioned in #615, the current theme version (7.5.4) breaks the plugin Heading Level Indent if the general setting Options>Editor>Readable line length is enabled.

Solution

It could be solved if this plugin features are built in the theme. But this could break the Minimal philosophy. As a workaround, find a fix to #615.
