What steps will reproduce the problem?
Install EF 6 (or just build a new project using VS 2013)
Take the defaults Web Project with MVC
Try to use Mini-Profiler around one of the EF Code first calls.
I'd expect it to work, but got an exception istead.
Using 2.1.0 Core and EF and 2.0.2 MVC and on Windows 8.1 building in VS 2013.
