Long URLs wreck the layout of query lists #64

When you're viewing the list of queries for a page with a really long URL (say, 
an AJAX request with a long query string) the left column crowds out the rest 
of the table.

Setting a max-width and word-wrap in the CSS fixes the issue.

Whoops. That patch doesn't work on the inline profiler result; only on 
saved/shared results.

Here's an updated patch which uses a fixed pixel value instead of a percentage, 
and spaces instead of tabs.
