The Help instructions point to a URL that is non existent

When first attempting to pick a color from a local file the extension stated that it was blocked and the instructions to unblock it were located at https://eyedropper.test/help/file-urls. This website does not exist. I believe the correct site should be https://eyedropper.org/help/file-urls
