Already opened campaign opens again on next update #248

Describe the bug

In Experiment #1, there is rule that update window should open only once per update. But after latest fix it doesn't work.

Expected Behavior

When I have some campaign in history, i.e. maxai202401, it should open only once.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. have campaign with specific id in history
  2. update extension

Unfortunately I can't safely fix this, as if I did yet another mistake :facepalm: it would spam users with this window again, which I don't want allow.

I'll fix this in next update. My appologies to those affected. I tried to test it as much as possible, but this is impossible to test properly in development and Chrome declined three of my attempts to upload testing extension. I'll have to find reason why.
