JSON data & full config export for jupyter #1730

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be handy to be able to export the kepler map beyond just html but into json, that way in other instances of kepler as a developer I can import that json into kepler in say react.js or elsewhere to recreate the map the data scientists I work with develop in jupyter.

Describe the solution you'd like Similar to save to html, save to json with the entire dataset and all configuration so it can be loaded in entirety.
