Add option to disable Google Analytics tracking or remove it completely #2036

We really love this Geospatial view and would love to integrate it into our open source analytics platform. However it seems that the HTML page has Google Analytics script embeded. At least I see it in the HTML page when using the Python API (map._reprhtml()) and also found it in the keplergl-html.ejs file. This seems to be in contrast to what is stated in the Data Security ticket where it says that the library is not collecting any information. This might cause also problems in countries that have strickt data privacy policies such as Europe.

So the goal of this feature request is to either provide an option to disable the GA tracking or ideally to remove it completely.
