Export map as a video #384

While time playback is enabled, allow exporting the animation as video sequences. They can be imported into AfterEffects or use FFmpeg to output videos.

Hi Ib, I've heard your name thrown around but this is our first team speaking. I fully intend on contributing. It's going to be a great project under my belt to help me in my job search!

I think this is possibly the parallel effort you're thinking of. Working with guidance from the owner of Hubble (CG). I only recently discovered this roadmap and thought I'd give an update since someone asked.

P.S. I'm surprised this is only a medium scoped task. I shudder to think what a large scoped task involves. I've still got a lot to learn!
