Ender Chest Boats #115

Two boats, one that share your inventory with vanilla enderchest and another that share your inventory with the Ender Chests Mod (and can be painted with dyes).

I'm honestly not sure about this one. I remember early in the life of the EnderChest mod's life there was a debate about wether ConvertJaguar should add a Ender Chest Minecart to Railcraft or not. CJ and CB both came to a consensus in the end it is overkill and unneeded, but given the adventurer aspect that goes along with boats it might make more sense in a boat than in a Minecart.

When it's time for the Adventure Milestone to be released I'll put a poll on MCF asking about it.
