Localization #204

Localize all modifier and material names in the en_US.lang file. Low priority, I don't think we have many users form other countries :P

If Vexatos and/or CraftEverywhere find and like BoatCraft they'll probably want to translate it.

I mean, all the names are currently hardcoded. We will have to migrate it all into the en_US.lang file!
