Allow locales to define how name statements are constructed. #238

Some thing along the lines of: "%m %f" would become "Oak Wood Dinghy" in English. Likewise, "%m %f %c %b" would become "Oak Wood Dinghy with Chest" in English.

Proposed symbols:

m = Material name
f = Form name
c = Conjunction
b = Block
