Boats that can store Ic2, BC3 and UE power.

Crafted with a boat and a BatBox, MFE, MFSU, Redstone Energy Cell and UE Battery Box

I think it would be better if there will be specific boat for IC2 power, BC power, TE power and UE power, not all-in-one.

BC power can't be stored... I'm not really a fan of UE, but sure..., TE is not updated yet... Do we want every snigle tier of IC2 storage or just one?

Hmmm... IC2 Voltages? Maybe boats should only be able to conduct Low to Medium Voltages.

So, the MFSU would not be mountable to a boat at all?
