Create task to integrate with Ortelius #8

Create a lifecycle toolkit KeptnTaskDefinition that emits the "just about to be deployed" or "just deployed" image name + sha to Ortelius.

Note: Currently blocked until this Keptn Enhancement Proposal is resolved. Feel free to contribute your thoughts / opinions to that Enhancement Proposal - the quicker we get that resolved and implemented, the quicker this gets merged :)
