How the keptn 0.19.1 version installed in the service？ #379

In keptn 0.19.1 no longer support in the configuration, so I have no way to install the service

keptncontrib/prometheus-service:0.9.1 supports Keptn 0.19.x meaning any sub-version of 0.19. In other words, keptncontrib/prometheus-service:0.9.1 supports Keptn 0.19.1.
