Move build tasks to GitHub actions

Currently all build tasks (sonarqube checks, unit tests, building and pushing docker images) are executed on Travis CI.

This should be moved to GitHub actions

Definition of Done:

[ ] All tasks that have previously been executed on Travis-CI are executed via GitHub Actions
